Electronica 2022: What tech to expect

science interconnections

Electronics360 whets the appetite of component buyers in these predictions for what visitors can expect from Electronica 2022 – sensors, industrial and automotive components, industrial ICs, and much much more.

Visitors combing the show for new technology can expect many new product announcements across all categories:

  • A wide range of new components for the industrial and internet of things (IoT) markets, especially within asset tracking, smart highways, and smart buildings.
  • Memory is one of the largest electronic components due to the technology needing to be used in virtually everything. Not surprisingly, memory chipmakers will be in force at the show.
  • Given the automotive industry is undergoing the largest transition in its history — the move to electrification — there will be many products to support this rollout. Every OEM will be switching to electrified models during the next 15 years due to mandates of government and global policies as well as rising consumer demand for electric vehicles.
  • Solutions to supply chain issues by global sourcing experts – including Astute Electronics – who will have a sizeable presence during Electronica 2022 on Stand C2.159.

To avoid electronics supply-chain disruptions, you may also wish to consult an expert in electronics component supply. With more than three decades of supply-chain expertise, Astute Electronics is ideally placed to work with you on your daily component requirements.
