Astute Electronics Inc, the Americas division of global electronics distributor, Astute Electronics, is relocating to a new, world-class headquarters and technology hub in Austin, Texas, from June 1st 2020, as part of the company’s rapid Americas expansion and targeted business growth.
The new facility will be outfitted with state-of-the-art inspection, test, and storage equipment to better serve and protect their customers from poor quality and the risk of counterfeit material infiltrating the supply chain – building on Astute’s 31-year legacy of leadership in risk mitigation and sourcing solutions.

The headquarters will house the executive team, led by seasoned professionals Mark Pollard, Dane Reynolds, and Hugo Ogalde – along with top talent across all areas of the business. Aran Coker, International Business Director in the UK, will coordinate shared strategies with the new leadership team while executing integration initiatives worldwide.
The company’s Virginia operation will transition to a sales and purchasing Center of Excellence primarily supporting its long-standing Aerospace & Defense customers.
