Astute’s Miles for Australia raises over $1,600 (AUD)

The team ran 61 miles and have currently raised over $1,600 (AUD) for Australian Red Cross.

As a company with a global reach and an office in Australia, Astute wanted to find a way to assist the Red Cross in Australia.

The Red Cross are right there, providing practical, local support where it’s needed to tens of thousands of people, during and after the emergencies caused by bushfires that are affecting communities across Australia on an unprecedented scale.

On the 24th of Jan, volunteers from different departments at Astute took part in a sponsored miles challenge to raise money for the cause.

The aim was to take to the treadmill, bike and cross trainer at set intervals to rack up as many miles as possible in a day! And the team put in so much effort, they broke the treadmill and had to take to the roads!

Thank you to everyone who donated and well done to the Astute team for their efforts.
